Sales Development Representative – APAC (Singapore)

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at Brandwatch, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, generating business opportunities and building the sales pipeline for Cision’s media intelligence solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Be the face of Brandwatch, engaging potential customers as the first point of contact.
• Stay up to date on industry news and understand the social media landscape.
• Become an expert on the brand, business, and SaaS product.
• Work closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue.
• Generate leads and nurture warm prospects using Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, Gong and other platforms.
• Make an average of 100 outbound activities daily to schedule platform walk‑throughs and start the sales process.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and hand them off to sales executives for next steps.

Required profile

• Background in sales (BDR and SaaS experience preferred) or a strong passion to develop a sales career.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Motivation, determination and a positive mindset to exceed targets.
• Ability to execute, take responsibility and thrive in a quota‑driven environment.
• Coachability, self‑awareness and a team‑player attitude.
