Sales Development Representative – Korea (Singapore based)

About the role

Elastic is looking for a Sales Development Representative focused on the Korean market, based in Singapore. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to generate high‑quality pipeline and help customers discover the value of Elastic’s AI‑powered platform.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts and generate pipeline.
• Prospect strategic Korean accounts using phone, email, social selling and events.
• Create meaningful conversations, ask questions, uncover challenges and qualify opportunities.
• Leverage sales technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble and AI‑powered tools to research accounts and personalize outreach.
• Develop deep knowledge of Elastic’s AI‑powered platform to articulate business value.
• Own personal development through coaching, feedback and enablement.
