Sales Development Representative – Singapore Public Sector

About the role

Elastic is looking for a Sales Development Representative to focus on Singapore's public sector. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to generate high‑quality pipeline and help organisations discover how Elastic’s AI‑powered platform can solve critical business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts and execute strategic campaigns.
• Prospect into strategic Singapore public‑sector accounts using phone, email, social selling, events and other outbound channels.
• Engage inbound and outbound prospects, ask insightful questions, uncover business challenges and qualify opportunities.
• Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble and AI‑powered platforms to research accounts and personalize outreach.
• Develop deep knowledge of the Elastic platform and its AI‑driven solutions to articulate business value.
• Own personal development through coaching, feedback and continuous enablement.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, sales development or other customer‑facing roles.
• Background selling into or working with Singapore public‑sector entities (ministries, defence, healthcare, government agencies).
• Strong drive to succeed and build a long‑term sales career.
• Highly coachable mindset, actively seeking feedback and improvement.
• Curiosity about technology and how businesses grow.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, LinkedIn and digital channels.
• Strong organizational abilities to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities.
• AI‑first mindset, using AI tools to work smarter and personalize outreach.
