Sales Director – APAC Telco SaaS

About the role

As the Sales Director you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our SaaS platform, Circles X. This is a unique opportunity to join a groundbreaking team that is re‑imagining the telco industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large and strategic telco accounts, delivering on sales KPIs by building and converting a strategic pipeline, progressing opportunities timely and closing accounts.
• Steer sales strategic direction and plan, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to grow market share.
• Build and enhance C‑suite relationships with existing and new clients, with new‑account development critical to growth.
• Establish a structured sales methodology and process, covering opportunity validation, pursuit, closure and a strong operating cadence.
• Optimize sales tools to provide greater visibility and actionable data for targeted efforts.
• Become a thought leader in the telco vertical SaaS space, establishing credibility and sharing best‑practice insights.

Required profile

• 15+ years of APAC sales experience in telco SaaS software, with extensive exposure to telecom operators across multiple markets.
• Strong existing network with C‑suite executives and a proven track record of building those relationships.
• Experience in solution/consultative selling within the BSS domain for telco clients.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and a quantitative approach to challenging the status quo.
• Commitment to value‑based selling methodology, comfortable developing business cases and presenting them at C‑level.
• Track record of closing large, complex B2B deals (USD 7‑10 m ARR) and delivering 2× growth in early phases.
• Experience driving growth through channel partnerships, strategic alliances or advisors.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing environment.
