Sales Director – Electronics Components Distributor

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our global sales and operations functions for a leading electronics components distributor. Based in Singapore, you will drive market expansion across ASEAN, India, Europe and North America while owning full P&L responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s global growth strategy in line with board objectives.
• Lead the worldwide sales organization, set regional targets and manage pipeline forecasting.
• Oversee operations including supply chain, procurement, logistics and inventory to optimise cost and service levels.
• Maintain and grow key customer and supplier relationships, identifying new partnership opportunities.
• Full P&L accountability: drive revenue, margin improvement and financial discipline.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing leadership team and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and manage legal and contractual risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years in the electronic components industry (distribution, manufacturing or semiconductor).
• Proven senior leadership experience with regional or global exposure (ASEAN, India, Europe, North America).
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth, profitability and P&L management.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain and operations within the electronics sector.
