About the role

BeeX is developing advanced Hovering Autonomous Underwater Vehicles and seeks a hybrid Sales Engineer / Assistant to bridge technical solutions with business growth. You will work with engineering and commercial teams to drive revenue, manage projects, and engage sophisticated customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage qualified leads, track engagement, and support sales targets with data‑driven insights.
• Translate complex engineering solutions into commercial narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, gather client requirements, and produce clear project scopes and reports.
• Apply risk analysis and root‑cause methodologies to identify bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies.
