Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to lead our sales activities in Singapore and support regional expansion in the semiconductor equipment sector. The role combines technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Promote semiconductor equipment, spare parts, specialty gas systems and engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and manage contract discussions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, principals and internal engineering teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and management updates.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events, including travel locally and overseas.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in semiconductor, industrial equipment or engineering.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing key accounts and leading a sales team is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑focused with excellent relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas and attend technical training in Taiwan or China.
