Sales Executive – Construction Sector

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive our construction business in Singapore. You will work closely with architects, developers and local distributors to grow project pipelines and increase brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop local project business and directly target architects and developers.
• Support distributors with pricing, catalogues and project specifications.
• Achieve annual sales targets and assist in tender preparation.
• Conduct market research and local business development activities.
• Promote brand awareness and expand the client base within the construction sector.
• Lead business development efforts in assigned market segments.
• Execute plans and strategies set by the General Manager.
• Respond to sales enquiries and prepare quotations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of sales or marketing experience with proven success working with developers, architects or designers.
• Goal‑driven, hands‑on and highly reliable with strong personal integrity.
• Experience in the sanitary fittings industry is an advantage.
