Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join EPOS’s commercial team in Singapore. You will drive revenue growth by engaging business owners, promoting our POS and digital payment solutions, and expanding our merchant network.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business owners and decision‑makers to showcase EPOS payment and digitalisation solutions.
• Identify new opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals and outbound prospecting.
• Understand merchant needs and recommend suitable, solution‑based offerings.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles from lead generation to closing.
• Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong merchant relationships to support long‑term growth.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Product and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding and activation.
• Keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date in CRM systems.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings and industry developments.
• Participate in campaigns, events and sales activations as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, client‑facing or revenue‑generating roles.
• Experience in fintech, payments, POS, banking, telecommunications or SaaS is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑driven, resilient and highly self‑motivated.
• Comfortable with field‑based sales and direct engagement with business owners.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
