Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth for our engineering and fabrication business in Singapore. The role focuses on developing new client relationships, promoting our modular fabrication and EPC services, and supporting the sales team with marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve short‑, mid‑ and long‑term order intake targets.
• Identify and pursue global opportunities in modular fabrication, EPC of process/gas facilities, compression stations, FPSO/MOPU/FPU topsides modules, and E‑Houses & substations.
• Prepare market intelligence, competition analysis, SWOT and win/loss reports for strategic planning.
• Create and manage marketing content, advertising, and communications across all media platforms in coordination with corporate.
• Support the sales team in proposal development, presentation updates, and collateral creation.
• Manage lead and opportunity databases, generate sales forecasts and reports.
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, handle pre‑qualification documents and tender surveys, and address client queries.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in design or project engineering within the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and a natural ability to connect with people.
