Sales Executive / Manager – Freight Forwarding

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive / Manager to drive growth for a well‑established logistics and freight forwarding provider. Based in central west Singapore, you will lead business development initiatives across corporate and e‑commerce segments, expanding our client portfolio and revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate accounts within the freight forwarding and logistics sectors.
• Manage and grow existing customer portfolios to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Prepare pricing proposals, RFQs and tender submissions for prospective clients.
• Conduct market outreach to uncover B2B and e‑commerce business opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
• Monitor customer accounts, pricing structures and shipment needs to support commercial objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records, pipeline updates and account information in internal systems.
• Review freight rates and commercial terms to meet profitability targets.
• Prepare periodic sales updates and business development reports for management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or 3PL.
• Proven track record in business development, account expansion or customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with quotation preparation, tender submissions and freight pricing structures.
