Sales Executive / Manager – Institutional & Corporate Catering

About the role

The Sales Executive/Manager will lead the growth of NOSH CUISINE’s institutional, corporate and events catering business in Singapore. You will be responsible for generating new revenue, securing contracts and ensuring profitable delivery of food‑and‑beverage services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across institutional, corporate and events catering sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals and tenders.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and tenders, negotiating commercial terms within approved parameters.
• Monitor sales performance, margins and profitability, ensuring pricing covers all operational costs.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team while collaborating with Operations, Culinary, Finance and other departments.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, conduct regular reviews and address any concerns.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in sales and business development within the catering or food‑service industry.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and manage profit margins.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Leadership experience in managing a sales team.
