About the role
We are seeking a customer‑focused Sales Executive to promote and sell wellness packages at Singapore Cruise Centre.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers and introduce available wellness packages.
- Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable packages.
- Explain package prices, inclusions, terms and promotions accurately.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Work towards agreed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and assist with sales‑related administration.
- Coordinate with the operations team on customer bookings and service arrangements.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching customers and conducting face‑to‑face sales.
- Customer‑focused, responsible and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service would be an advantage.
