Sales Manager – Aesthetic Devices

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the commercial growth of our medical aesthetic devices portfolio across Singapore. You will shape strategy, drive revenue, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the aesthetics and healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a sales team, fostering a results‑driven culture.
• Establish and maintain relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatology centres, hospitals and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach and manage strategic customer accounts.
• Formulate product marketing initiatives, including positioning, pricing, competitive analysis and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, demand forecasting, inventory planning and portfolio optimisation.
• Organise product demonstrations, education programmes, workshops, scientific meetings and industry events.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to spot growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical aesthetics, medical devices, healthcare or a related industry.
