Sales Manager – Coffee Vending Solutions

About the role

Kopi Near Me is looking for a Sales Manager to drive adoption of its smart coffee vending machines across workplaces, bakeries and retail outlets in Singapore. You will be the front‑line champion of our authentic Singapore kopi, building relationships with B2B clients and turning coffee experiences into recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach businesses that could benefit from on‑site coffee vending solutions.
• Conduct tastings and product demos to showcase machine quality.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring machines are regularly stocked and brewing.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to inform strategy.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Ensure all sales contracts, product claims and labeling comply with Singapore food regulations.
• Use CRM and digital tools to track leads, forecast demand and coordinate with production and supply‑chain teams.
• Analyse customer segments and sales data to identify cross‑selling and new‑market opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable updating CRM reports.
• Based in Singapore and willing to travel for client visits.
