About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the electronic components and semiconductor business, overseeing the India team and driving growth across Singapore. You will build strong customer relationships, manage RFQs, and ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

Manage and develop the India sales team.
Maintain existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
Handle RFQs, quotations, and contract negotiations.
Coordinate project activities and order fulfilment with internal departments.
Resolve customer escalations and manage product inventory.
Drive cost‑reduction initiatives through cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductors, trading or distribution.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and lead a team.
Willingness to travel overseas frequently for customer and supplier meetings.
