Sales Manager – Energy Storage Solutions

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead business development and key account management for Pixii modular battery energy storage systems across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asian market. Acting as the commercial bridge between customers, Enetek’s engineering teams, and Pixii product specialists, the role combines strong sales drive with technical interfacing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new commercial opportunities in utilities, data centres, telecoms, EV charging and other target sectors.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, EPCs and industry partners, serving as the primary commercial contact.
• Collaborate with Enetek and Pixii engineering teams to design BESS configurations and deliver technical proposals, presentations and product demos.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast sales pipelines and provide market insights on trends, competition and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in technical sales, key‑account management or business development within the energy sector.
• Experience engaging utilities, DSOs, EPCs, data centres or telecom operators in Southeast Asia.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex hardware/software solution sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills for both technical engineers and C‑level executives.
