Sales Manager

About the role

Freshworks is looking for a Sales Manager to lead growth in a defined territory. You will be responsible for winning new strategic and enterprise SaaS accounts, deepening existing relationships, and consistently surpassing revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategies to capture enterprise business and expand market presence.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.
• Build trusted executive relationships, articulate Freshworks’ value proposition, and position the company as the partner of choice.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and travel as needed to engage customers.

Required profile

• 10+ years of quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience in mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage full sales cycles and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Revenue‑focused approach to prospecting, pipeline development, and forecasting.
• Domain knowledge in solution selling for ITSM, IT infrastructure, or employee experience platforms.
