Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing sales team.
• Set quotas, monitor KPIs and coach representatives to exceed targets.
• Design and execute strategic business plans to grow the customer base.
• Maintain CRM data quality, track sales metrics and provide accurate forecasts.
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams on messaging, lead generation and pricing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven success as a top‑performing sales representative or manager.
• Strong leadership, consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
