Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead corporate account development for Treetops Executive Residences, a premium hospitality brand in Singapore. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with corporate clients, relocation agencies and business partners to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, relocation agencies and business associates.
• Provide full account management for assigned corporate accounts, identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct research and telesales to uncover potential accounts.
• Generate sales leads across all channels and convert them into business.
• Leverage knowledge of local and international corporate segments to support acquisition and conversion.
• Support the Director of Sales in achieving business excellence and guiding the team toward targets.
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract new business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
• Represent Treetops at networking events, trade shows and business meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and results‑oriented mindset.
• Professional, proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage for client liaison.
