Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead revenue generation across corporate, leisure and group segments for ELITEZ’s hospitality portfolio in Singapore. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will drive market share, nurture key partnerships and ensure timely execution of sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive room revenue and market share across corporate, leisure (OTA & consortia) and group segments.
• Manage and expand leisure partnerships with travel agents, tour operators and online platforms.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive sales activities and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee RFP and consortia submissions, ensuring timely completion, rate loading and communication.
• Host familiarisation trips, site inspections and property visits to showcase the brand.
• Optimize sales performance through strategic calls, reporting and follow‑ups.
• Provide market and competitor insights to the Director of Sales & Marketing and the team.
• Support annual sales plan development with market research and reporting.
• Collaborate with Reservations to maximise yield and group revenue opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and propose promotions to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Set and track semester revenue targets, reviewing performance regularly.
• Uphold confidentiality of company and property information and promote sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in sales within the hospitality or related tourism sector.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing key accounts.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and competitor activity.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle confidential information.
