Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the company’s marketing, branding, and sales initiatives, driving customer engagement and revenue growth for ALMAAS FOODS.

This on‑site role involves strategic planning, data‑driven campaigns, and management of the Rewards and Loyalty Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee marketing, branding, advertising, communications, campaigns, events and promotions.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and budgets aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and enhance the Rewards and Loyalty Programme to increase spend, engagement and retention.
• Provide market insights through research, trend analysis and forecasting.
• Establish and improve performance measurement, reporting and ROI evaluation across campaigns.
• Drive data‑led marketing initiatives, including CRM segmentation, personalised promotions and lifecycle management.
• Monitor sales and marketing effectiveness through data analysis, campaign tracking and dashboards.
• Maintain strong internal stakeholder communication and conduct trade and field visits.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership, people and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience managing Rewards or Loyalty programmes.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Motivated team player with strong communication, negotiation and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle high workloads and meet deadlines.
• On‑site availability, 5‑day work week, 9 am‑6 pm.
