Sales Manager

About the role

You will lead, coach, and scale a sales team to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Singapore. The role demands a data‑driven leader who can meet sales targets while developing top‑performing talent.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor sales representatives to maximise team performance.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow the customer base.
• Set individual KPIs, monitor performance and conduct regular pipeline reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify new market opportunities.
• Manage the sales budget and deliver accurate forecasts using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years of successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager with consistent achievement of targets.
• Deep understanding of the Singapore market and customer buying behaviours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience using social media platforms (WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) for sales or marketing.
• Skills in videography and video editing to support promotional activities.
