Sales Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Commercial, the Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing accounts across specific segments, markets and territories within the corporate travel and leisure sector. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate travel and leisure industry.
• Generate and maximise business potential of the designated portfolio through daily sales calls, telephone outreach, account servicing, site inspections and entertainment.
• Prepare correspondence, internal booking reports and maintain accurate sales files.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new clientele to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure service quality.
• Participate in and coordinate promotional events, trade shows and other assignments.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism or Marketing, with proficiency in MS Office; Singapore citizen or PR.
• Minimum 2‑4 years of sales experience, preferably in a hotel capacity, with a proven track record in room sales.
• Self‑motivated, dynamic and result‑oriented with strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills; bilingual and willing to travel overseas.
