Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and presenting them to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and strengthens its market presence.
• Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Implement new sales plans and present sales, revenue and expense reports with realistic forecasts to management.
• Identify emerging markets, market shifts and stay aware of new products and competition.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Required profile

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures, work under pressure and be available during evenings, holidays or weekends as needed.
