Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of Financial Consultants, driving sales growth while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards. The role serves as the primary point of contact for consultants, supporting them to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and strategies set by management to meet team targets.
• Build and maintain a highly motivated team of Financial Consultants, monitoring performance and fostering development.
• Ensure service quality and regulatory compliance throughout the sales process.
• Implement department objectives, policies, and coordinate the sales cycle and methodology.
• Recruit and attract new Financial Consultants to expand the agency’s salesforce.

Required profile

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years of sales experience in insurance or financial services.
• Proven record of superior performance and strong leadership abilities.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organisational levels.
• Relevant certifications such as CMFAS (Modules 5, 9, 9A), CHI, CGI, DGI, DLI, or ACII/FLMI.
