Sales Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to join its Sales & Marketing team. In this role you will drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities and maximise room, group and event sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts and key clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, quotations and presentations.
• Conduct client meetings and property site inspections.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Achieve room‑night, revenue and average rate targets in line with business objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a luxury or 5‑star environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑oriented with a proactive and positive mindset.
• Ability to build long‑term business relationships and drive revenue growth.
