Sales Manager – New Markets & Distributor Development

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive expansion into new geographic markets and build a network of distributors across Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. You will be accountable for sales performance, profit targets and providing technical support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and develop agents and distributors in target regions.
• Manage sales pipelines, negotiate contracts and achieve monthly revenue goals.
• Provide technical assistance and respond to customer enquiries.
• Monitor market trends and report on sales and profit performance.

Required profile

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome.
• Excellent multilingual communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of chemical engineering principles.
• Understanding of printing or graphic industry processes.
