Sales Manager – Retail & Events

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead revenue generation for our outlet on Jurong Island, driving sales through events, promotions and strategic partnerships. This senior position reports to senior management and is responsible for shaping the outlet’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue for the outlet through regular sales activities.
• Plan and execute events such as ladies nights, lucky draws and other promotions to boost sales.
• Develop and manage a customer‑based system to distribute outlet promotions.
• Advertise outlet events on electronic platforms to raise awareness.
• Meet with clients to sell outlet space for corporate functions.
• Collaborate with liquor suppliers and sponsors to create promotional activities, including engaging overseas performers.
• Design and maintain a loyalty programme to retain customers.
• Coordinate overseas client packages that include sightseeing, accommodation and cruise arrangements.
• Prepare three‑month sales forecasts, monthly strategic plans, annual budgets and quarterly marketing plans for management approval.
• Represent the outlet at trade shows to attract customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales revenue generation and event management.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Excellent planning and forecasting skills, with experience preparing sales and marketing strategies.
• Leadership experience at senior management level.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore and travel to trade shows as needed.
