Sales Manager – Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our island‑wide retail stores in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of shop staff to meet performance targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses to optimise profitability.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate stock replenishment with suppliers and the central warehouse.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports and financial statements to provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to multitask, work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
