About the role
As a Sales Manager for Monster Energy in Singapore, you will drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across your territory. You will be responsible for delivering top‑line revenue while maintaining brand standards and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnerships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors to expand product presence.
- Apply a targeted sales strategy to capture key markets and increase brand visibility.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and promotional programs to achieve profitable growth.
- Prepare timely sales reports, pricing surveys, and market updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- 4–10 years of experience in sales, preferably within retail, wholesale or distribution environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluency in English preferred for collaboration across the APAC region.
