Sales & Marketing Assistant (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our Sales & Marketing team in promoting EQUISTAR International College across Singapore. The role is part‑time and involves assisting with campaigns, digital content, and student recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities and college events.
• Create, edit and publish content on platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin and other social media channels.
• Produce short‑form videos, graphics, posters, brochures and presentations for programmes and recruitment drives.
• Support the Sales team by handling enquiries, providing programme information and coordinating campus visits.
• Maintain prospective student databases, track leads and generate basic performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external partners and vendors for events and promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Sales or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in interacting with prospective students and parents.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Interest in digital marketing trends and the education market.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms: Xiaohongshu, WeChat (including Channels), Douyin.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
