Sales & Marketing Associate (Training Provided)

About the role

Join Royal Organisation to represent clients in commercial and charity campaigns through face‑to‑face sales and marketing. You will receive training, coaching and ongoing guidance while working closely with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Present clients’ products, services, and campaigns clearly to the public to raise awareness and interest.
• Respond accurately to public inquiries to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively engaging potential customers.
• Participate in training sessions and apply new skills to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members to share ideas and support campaign goals.
• Conduct face‑to‑face outreach confidently, including outdoor activities, to engage diverse audiences.
