Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales department and drive growth for our construction business in Singapore. The role combines strategic marketing planning with hands‑on sales leadership to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall performance of the sales department and ensure targets are met.
• Develop, write and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct periodic market and competitor research to support product development.
• Lead a team of sales personnel to achieve monthly forecasted sales volume.
• Maintain strong relationships with architects, M&E consultants, quantity surveyors and key developer personnel.
• Identify new products in the market and negotiate distributorship agreements.
• Select and participate in relevant trade shows to increase brand awareness.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented, high‑performance achiever with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to create and execute strategic marketing plans.
• Experience leading and motivating a sales team.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with architects, consultants and developers.
• Strong analytical mindset for market research and product identification.
