Sales Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our manufacturing team in Kallang. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth sales processes and timely delivery of polymeric material solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business leads with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle sales enquiries and generate accurate quotations.
• Follow up quotations, monitor sample requests and shipment schedules.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering and Quality teams to provide optimal solutions.
• Maintain proper records of all sales‑related documents, including quotations and customer communications.
• Perform any other sales‑related duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese business partners.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities with a forward‑thinking attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
