Sales & Operations Executive

About the role

Kemp Singapore, a leader in water ionization systems, is seeking a Sales & Operations Executive to drive business growth across Singapore and Malaysia. The role combines customer service, sales support, and coordination of installation and service activities to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily customer enquiries via phone, email, and social platforms, providing timely and accurate information.
• Follow up on order-related matters to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and coordinate product installation and service jobs for technicians, planning efficient travel routes.
• Prepare sales and operational reports, track orders, and update customer records in CRM systems.
• Advise customers on trade‑in issues and resolve concerns.
• Promptly follow up on sales leads to maximize business opportunities.
• Participate in roadshows and exhibitions to promote products and engage potential customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication.
• Handle customer complaints, delivery, repair, and service issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation for orders, distribution, and operational processes.
• Generate operational and sales reports for management decision‑making.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and internal controls.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, operations and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
