Sales Operations Program Manager

About the role

The Sales Operations Program Manager will lead and modernise the core Sales Operations planning and execution for Microsoft’s Singapore region. You will be responsible for delivering segmentation, territory and quota planning, employee data management, Blueprint and non‑financial metrics on time and in line with MCAPS strategy, using governance, automation and AI‑enabled tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and in‑year management of segmentation, territory, quota, employee data, Blueprint and FY planning milestones.
• Ensure planning deliverables meet MCAPS guidance and are governed across all key milestones.
• Manage timelines, resource alignment, FastStart execution and communication rhythms to reinforce accountability.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Sales Excellence, Segment leaders and transformation teams to identify risks and close execution gaps.
• Drive quota and territory planning excellence through automation, machine‑learning models, input fidelity checks and reduced change windows.
• Modernise resource planning with data‑driven decisions to improve coverage accuracy.
• Provide timely, actionable insights for leadership rhythm‑of‑business discussions using standardized reporting and AI‑enabled analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales operations, planning or program management within a large enterprise.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, HR, marketing and leadership teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Track record of delivering complex planning projects on schedule.
