Sales Program Executive

About the role

The Sales Program Executive will support, coordinate and execute sales programmes that drive business growth for both local and overseas customers. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project‑management support for sales programmes, from planning to monitoring.
• Process customer purchase orders, prepare quotations, pro‑forma invoices, delivery orders and tax invoices.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with internal departments and freight forwarders.
• Chair new‑product release and RFQ meetings and communicate customer requirements.
• Prepare marketing materials, monthly and annual sales reports, and analyse programme performance.
• Maintain accurate customer sales records and update contact information as needed.

Required profile

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in a similar programme‑management environment.
• Strong written English and excellent communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strategic mindset with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QAD software.
