About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of sales professionals within a fast‑moving restaurant and catering environment in Singapore. This contract position focuses on driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and ensuring the sales team has the tools and training needed to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Provide employees with the tools and training required to perform their jobs effectively.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Review managerial reports to identify improvement areas and new market opportunities.
- Establish and enforce company policies on customer relations, sales techniques, and ethics.
- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and promoted staff.
- Monitor employee performance against goals and company standards.
- Manage the sales team, ensuring effective job performance and adherence to policies.
- Review customer orders and inventory to meet client needs.
- Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities in the industry.
