Sales Supervisor – Contract Role

About the role

VIVA CORP SERVICES is seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor on a contract basis to lead and develop its sales team in Singapore. You will ensure the team has the tools, training, and support needed to achieve targets and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tools, training and ongoing support to sales staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Review managerial reports to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities.
• Establish and enforce policies on customer relations, sales techniques and ethics.
• Design and deliver training programs for new hires and promoted staff.
• Monitor employee performance against goals and company standards.
• Oversee order processing and inventory checks to meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research to uncover new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising a sales team.
• Strong ability to develop and deliver training programs.
• Analytical mindset for reviewing reports and market data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of sales policies, ethics and customer‑service standards.
