About the role

A Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the success of an organization. They lead the day‑to‑day activities of the sales representatives and ensure goals are met, working closely with store, general and production managers to respond to changing customer needs.

Key responsibilities

Supervise the sales team’s activities, including product activations and marketing initiatives.
Assist line managers in recruiting, training, and retaining a competent sales force.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and other sales tools.
Provide regular reports to top management such as sales, lead generation, and customer‑complaint reports.
Initiate sales strategies and plans to build brand visibility and attend trade shows.
Monitor marketing expenses to keep them within budget and ensure proper product display at malls and supermarkets.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field with an emphasis on marketing.
Proven experience in marketing and achieving set targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
