Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor leads the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and customer needs are addressed. Working closely with store, general and production managers, the role bridges the organization and its clients to drive growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise sales team activities, including product activations and marketing initiatives.
• Assist line manager in recruiting, training, and retaining a competent sales force.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Generate and submit regular reports such as sales performance, lead generation, and customer feedback.
• Maintain client communication, onboard new customers, and provide ongoing support.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Monitor and control marketing expenses to stay within budget.
• Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events.
• Evaluate team performance and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure proper product display across malls, supermarkets, and other sales points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field with a focus on marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing or sales with a track record of achieving targets.
