Sales Support Executive

About the role

The Sales Support Executive provides essential administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, ensuring that vehicle sales processes run smoothly and sales targets are met. This role acts as a liaison between sales, finance, insurance, and other internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Process and maintain vehicle sales bookings, including data entry and tracking of booking counts, cancellations, and registration status.
• Verify and update customer and inventory details such as VIN, motor numbers, and colours.
• Prepare documentation for COE bidding and vehicle registration.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, PDI team, and banks to gather required documentation.
• Support the sales manager in streamlining workflows and implementing process improvements.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
