About the role

Strike Talents is seeking motivated individuals to join its Sales Team Lead Trainee programme. This entry‑level role focuses on building a solid foundation in face‑to‑face sales, customer engagement, and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Represent established brands professionally in direct customer interactions.
• Engage customers, present products and services, and understand their needs.
• Handle questions, objections, and provide accurate information.
• Participate in structured training, coaching sessions, and achieve individual and team targets.
• Support newer team members, assist with team activities and training as you progress.

Required profile

• Availability for part‑time or full‑time work.
• Strong communication skills and a mature, responsible attitude.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take responsibility.
• Ability to motivate and collaborate with others.
• Previous sales, customer service or leadership experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
