SAP Basis Administrator

About the role

Apple’s SAP Technology team is looking for a highly skilled SAP Basis Administrator to manage and optimise large‑scale SAP landscapes that support critical business functions. You will work in a global, fast‑moving environment, applying your expertise to ensure system scalability, availability, performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Basis support for region‑specific and corporate SAP projects.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance and upgrades of SAP HANA and Oracle databases.
• Ensure HANA database integrity through security configuration and lifecycle management.
• Perform system performance tuning, troubleshooting and technical upgrades.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to team members.
• Resolve connectivity, web services and overall SAP solution issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis administration in large environments, preferably with SAP Business Suite and S/4 HANA.
• At least 4 years of HANA administration experience.
• Participation in 3‑4 SAP implementations.
• Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
