SAP BTP Architect (Manager) – AI & Data, Technology Consulting

About the role

EY is seeking a senior SAP BTP Architect (Manager) to lead the design and delivery of cloud‑native SAP solutions within its Technology Consulting practice. The role focuses on AI/ML and Generative AI use cases on the SAP Business Technology Platform, working with enterprise clients across large‑scale digital transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture design on SAP BTP, covering integration, extension, and data services.
• Define and implement AI/ML and LLM‑driven use cases such as intelligent automation, copilots, document processing, and insights generation.
• Design and deploy solutions using SAP AI Core and AI Launchpad, managing model lifecycles and orchestration.
• Architect integrations between SAP and non‑SAP systems via APIs, event‑driven architecture, and middleware like SAP Integration Suite.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive solution governance, conduct architecture reviews, and enforce best practices across projects.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants and support delivery across multiple engagements.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership in SAP BTP and AI/GenAI domains.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Hands‑on exposure to SAP AI Core and/or AI Launchpad.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or LLM‑based solutions (e.g., NLP, chatbots, document intelligence, Generative AI copilots).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid background in integration architecture using APIs, microservices, and event‑driven patterns.
