SAP Enterprise Application Optimization Specialist

About the role

Apple’s Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team is seeking an SAP Enterprise Application Optimization Specialist to join the global production support team focused on the APAC region. You will help keep critical SAP systems running smoothly, supporting sales order‑to‑revenue processes across Retail, Digital Stores, and multiple sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve business‑impacting incidents in SAP SD and related modules.
• Manage incident tickets, production issue escalations, and ensure timely remediation.
• Collaborate with cross‑regional business and technical teams to maintain system stability.
• Support integration points using API‑based interfaces and automated testing tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement of SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud extensions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of functional experience with SAP SD.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end order management, payment processing, and logistics.
• Independent, self‑driven, with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a cross‑functional, multi‑time‑zone environment.
