SAP FICO Solution Architect - Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior SAP FICO Solution Architect within its advisory consulting practice. You will work in a team of problem solvers, helping to shape deals, define solutions and drive delivery excellence, while promoting PwC's delivery methodologies and AI-led innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as central solution architect: support opportunity qualification, solution definition and client presentations
• Support scoping, estimation, pricing and proposal development for SAP FICO opportunities
• Drive RFP/RFI responses, client workshops and solution demos
• Lead SAP FICO implementations from blueprinting through to post-go-live support
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications
• Design and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders)
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM and SD
• Manage unit, integration and UAT testing, and support data migration, authorization design and cutover planning
• Deliver end-user training, documentation and change enablement, and manage post-implementation support
• Drive adoption of PwC delivery methodologies and champion AI adoption in SAP finance solutions
• Mentor junior team members and act as a trusted advisor to clients on finance transformation

Required profile

• 8-10 years of SAP FICO solutioning experience
• 3-5 large, complex SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA
• Proven presales, solutioning and architecture experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Willingness to work with milestone-based delivery models

Required skills

• SAP FICO and S/4HANA, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA and controlling
• SAP ASAP or other accelerated implementation methodologies
• SAP Activate and Agile delivery approaches
• Blueprinting, configuration, functional specifications, testing and data migration
• Preferred: exposure to AI/ML, automation or advanced analytics in finance transformation
