School Receptionist – Ang Mo Kio

About the role

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to manage the front desk of our school in Ang Mo Kio. The role involves greeting visitors, handling student health incidents, and providing administrative support to staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a neat and organised reception area and greet all visitors (students, parents, staff, guests) professionally, both in person and over the phone.
• Take accurate messages, direct individuals to appropriate staff, and manage lost and found items, spare uniforms, and cash records.
• Attend to sick or injured students, provide basic care, maintain sickbay cleanliness, record injuries, process early dismissals, and contact parents when required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute documents to students and parents, and assist with key issuance to students and contractors.
• Update staff contact lists, movement charts, and pigeonhole displays; prepare letters or certificates for student matters; print name tags; support administrative staff during peak periods.
• Track bus bookings, facility reservations, and perform photocopying, filing, scanning, and data‑entry tasks as assigned.
