School Support Staff – Tampines Campus

About the role

The School Support Staff will assist multiple school departments to ensure smooth daily operations, student safety, and effective learning environments at the Tampines campus. This contract position runs from immediate start until 20 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Check and verify that Audio‑Visual (AV) systems are functional before each school activity.
• Supervise students during recess and dismissal, ensuring safety, orderliness, and well‑being.
• Act as a point of contact for students needing assistance and collaborate with teachers on duty.
• Support programme activities by monitoring student participation and maintaining a safe environment.
• Assist the Science Department with preparation of laboratory materials, equipment, and consumables.
• Capture photographs at school events, then download, organize, and submit the images.
• Station at designated dismissal points, familiar with dismissal procedures for bus riders, parent‑picked students, and walkers.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Friday, either 7:30 am‑4:30 pm or 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
• Able to start immediately and remain until the contract end date.
• Comfortable interacting with students, teachers, and staff across various school functions.

Required skills

• Operation and troubleshooting of Audio‑Visual (AV) equipment.
• Basic photography skills for event documentation.
